1. Sign Up: Join MyPhysicianPlan PCP network and request to be a Healthcare Champion.
2. Engage: Encourage Self-pay or uninsured patients to sign up with the Routine care plan with MyPhysicianPlan. Members can signup in 2 minutes, even when waiting in your office and you can see them immediately.
3. Reward: MyPhysicianPlan payment model ensures that you get paid same day for any visits you have as well as a monthly per patient payment for any patients you help.
